Lewis Kevin Harrington, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Kevin Harrington, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a nationally recognized aesthetic injector, educator, and thought leader with over two decades of clinical experience and more than three decades in sales and business development. Currently serving as Director of Injectable Training & Public Relations at Obagi Medical, Kevin brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, educational leadership, and business acumen to his role.

Prior to joining Obagi, Kevin founded Face-Time Aesthetics, where he developed the “Teaching Your Brain to Inject™” curriculum, training thousands of practitioners across the U.S. and internationally. He has served as a trusted trainer for Allergan and Galderma, designing and leading foundational through advanced injectable programs. His career has also included faculty positions at national aesthetic conferences, contributions to peer-reviewed publications, and hands-on mentorship for new and advanced injectors.

Known for his engaging teaching style and ability to bridge science with practical technique, Kevin is passionate about elevating standards in the aesthetics industry. He is a strong advocate for ongoing professional development, combining anatomy-based training with authentic communication to empower practitioners and ultimately enhance patient outcomes.

 

Victoria Jonas, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Victoria Jonas is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both emergency
medicine and aesthetic care. Her medical journey began in 1994 as a medical assistant, laying the
groundwork for what would become a dynamic and compassionate healthcare career. In 2005, she
transitioned into emergency medicine as an ER tech, and by 2006, she had earned her Registered
Nurse (RN) credentials. Victoria went on to serve as an Emergency Nurse in Ocala for nearly 15
years, gaining invaluable experience in high-pressure clinical environments.

Driven by a passion for patient care and lifelong learning, Victoria advanced her education by
completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and later earned her Master of Science in
Nursing (MSN). She became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) in 2019.

Victoria has been practicing in the field of aesthetic medicine for over four years. Her transition into
aesthetics was fueled by a deep interest in artistry, balance, and helping patients feel confident in
their skin. She has trained extensively with top injectors and completed numerous hands-on

educational courses, including specialized training with Kevin Harrington through Titan Aesthetic
Recruiting.

Victoria's favorite procedures include lip enhancements, where she enjoys creating soft,
natural-looking lips that enhance facial harmony. She also strongly believes that healthy skin is the
foundation of beauty and emphasizes skin health in every treatment plan. Her clinical expertise,
combined with a personalized and safety-first approach, ensures that each patient receives
exceptional, natural-looking results.

Victoria is proud to bring her blend of medical expertise, artistic skill, and dedication to excellence to

Nadia Lbaz, Medical Aesthetician

Nadia is an accomplished licensed medical aesthetician with more than 15 years of experience in skin care and makeup. She is a licensed permanent makeup artist and eyelash extension specialist whose love for makeup and skin started when she was a child. Her training, education and bright personality provides her clients with a dependable, detail-oriented and multi-faceted professional.

Nadia specializes in facials, permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, bridal makeup, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and airbrush tanning. She has an associate degree in aesthetics from Florida College of Natural Health. Nadia also completed eyelash extension and permanent makeup training from ACAS Academy of Boca Raton. Inspired by her own quest for a healthy and beautiful complexion, Nadia also enjoys teaching others how to achieve and maintain perfect skin.

Stephanie Reiley, Office Manager

Stephanie is our office manager and keeps everything running smoothly. She handles a wide range of administrative, technical and other tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stephanie, her husband and their three children moved to Florida from New Jersey. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and exploring all that Florida has to offer.
